¿Cómo es tu forma de trabajar en un proyecto nuevo?What's your process when starting a new project? +

Arrancamos con una reunión para hablar del proyecto — qué necesita, qué puntos hay que tener en cuenta, y un cronograma claro de cuándo entrego cada documento. Desde ahí, mi trabajo empieza por entender el universo del proyecto antes de decidir cómo se ve: qué es la marca, a quién le habla, y — tan importante como eso — qué no es. Una vez que tengo eso claro, defino el criterio visual y lo sostengo en cada pieza, sin importar la disciplina que pida el proyecto. We start with a meeting to talk through the project — what it needs, the key points to consider, and a clear timeline for when I deliver each document. From there, my work begins by understanding the world around the project before deciding how it should look: what the brand is, who it's speaking to, and — just as important — what it isn't. Once that's clear, I set the visual criteria and carry it through every piece, whatever discipline the project calls for.

¿Cómo decidís qué disciplina o herramienta usar en cada proyecto?How do you decide which discipline or tool to use for each project? +

Nunca arranco por la herramienta. Primero entiendo qué necesita comunicar el proyecto y a quién le habla — recién ahí elijo el medio que mejor lleva esa idea adelante, sea 3D, una pieza gráfica o código. Blender, Illustrator o HTML son formas de ejecutar una decisión, no la decisión en sí. I never start with the tool. I understand what the project needs to communicate and who it's speaking to first — only then do I choose whatever medium carries that idea best, whether that's 3D, a graphic piece, or code. Blender, Illustrator, or HTML are ways of executing a decision, not the decision itself.

Lo más importante es llegar al estándar que acordamos, aportando mi mirada y mi conocimiento en los puntos donde realmente puedo sumar valor. Y eso empieza con algo simple: una comunicación clara desde el primer momento, para que los dos sepamos con qué estamos trabajando desde el día uno. What matters most is reaching the standard we agreed on, contributing my perspective and knowledge wherever I can genuinely add value. And that starts with something simple: clear communication from the very first moment, so we're both working from the same page from day one.
